First of all, we are all wise. As a part of this magnificent creation, our innate wisdom is as grand as all that is. On a soul level. Knowledge of our human brain, not always so much.
The ability to connect with that innate inner knowing, we have a job to do. A reconnection. We are a part of nature, and there is wisdom in every breath, whistle, breeze, and drop of rain. Truth in every movement and season, transformation, and growth. Constant expansion.
Although we have been told that knowledge is power, it is not necessarily in itself very powerful. It is a tool that can be used for good, bad, or not at all. The beholder of the information, how it has been retrieved, and how it has been processed, holds the key. The ones that are changing this world, making the rules, showing the way, are all seekers of truth and knowledge. They are the ones that find the wisdom and the pot of real gold. The no bullshit free zone, outside of La-la land. They are givers and free-thinkers. They are the crazy ones, the fearless crowd. They all hold this power over their own lives that allow them to go places, to where others will follow. For the power in them, holds something most people want.
I call it freedom.
We have to distinguish between two kinds of power. That of the outer world, and that of our inner world. The knowledge that creates and builds confidence, holds power over how we live our lives. More knowledge, less fear. Be it most of what we fear comes from uncertainty, by harvesting knowledge we feel safer and more confident. We feel stronger and more powerful in general. The outer world looks different when we are informed and growing. Our inner world is greatly affected by our knowledge, as it speaks to our cells. Our whole inner terrain is formed by our beliefs and knowledge. The placebo effect is a great teacher at this point. The term comes from the Latin meaning “I will please”. It is used in the medical profession, to show how people react when they believe they are taking a pill for a specific symptom or ailment. The response can be both positive and negative. For instance – symptoms may approve for some, while others may experience side-effects. Side effects of something they are not even taking. They only believe they are – or in other words, they know they are. The power of the inner knowing. The research has focused on the mind-body connection. How it works, theoretically, intellectually, understandable for the brain, no doctor or scientist has a good answer to. In nature, it is one of the laws.
Mind over matter.
Wisdom, God, and Nature:
Nature teaches us what works and what doesn´t. By expanding our knowledge, we learn how to use nature as our teacher and guide. By looking back into ancient cultures, we can learn how they lived and thrived, but most of all we can learn something about ourselves.
About how connected to nature we are. From dirt to dirt.
All the wisdom comes back to us through seeking closer to where we come from. Not only to the beautiful forests and lakes, the ocean and the beaches but within our own pool of inner nature. The so-called natural. We use this phrase all the time. Like a quality stamp, a label of high ethics and health. Natural. Nothing about us is unnatural, not by creation. Nothing in nature, on this earth or from it is anything but natural. The further away we wander, the more we suffer. By seeking to nature for a deeper knowledge and understanding, we awaken to who we are and find the wisdom that holds truth. Once we see the miracle that we are a part of, that is us, we open our hearts to what is really worth knowing. We become more generous and humble, more compassionate, and ultimately wiser from it. True wisdom is not of the mind.
According to The Essene Gospel of peace, there are three paths leading to Truth. The path of the consciousness, path of nature, and the accumulated experience of past generations.
The path of the consciousness is that followed by the great mystics. To them, consciousness is the most immediate reality for humans, and also the key to the universe. Through the belief that consciousness is all that is within and around us, it is separated from the material world and governs different laws of nature. While the laws of mathematics are valid in the material universe, it does not in the realm of consciousness. Our perception of time is believed to seize to exist. Times is not seen as linear as we reflect on it, with our past, present and future. Everything we see as true in this material world, has a different understanding outside this time, space and reality. Consciousness is pure, timeless, spaceless and formless. The Essene traditions understand interprets consciousness as being our source of energy, knowledge, and harmony. Therefore, it is the first path to truth.
The path of nature takes us from the inner world to the outer world. As the path of consciousness embodies everything, not of a material and physical nature, the second path takes us to the external reality of our world. Through experimenting, scientific research, and other methods of analyses, we now look at measurements and quanta.
Through telescopes and space-ships, mathematics and what we see as hard evidence, we acknowledge a sense of correlations. Knowledge and wonder about our world and universe become evident. We find cause and effect, and we find complexity, yet simplicity. This truth reveals that beyond what any scientist can see, there is something else, something grander. Any scholar or intellectual analysis that takes the truth as their own, has not gotten the bigger picture of creation.
Nature and its simplicity are more complex than anything ever created by man. We can merely observe, learn from it and explore its principles and laws.
In nature, we can find absolutely everything. It will reveal to us, the laws of the Universe and the truth to we are a part of. We have read about the masters of the past, the great teachers, like Jesus, Buddha, Moses, and the Essenes. They were all said to have wandered into the mountains, the desert and the wild to acquire real wisdom and truth. From connecting with nature, thus God. From exploring the two connecting paths, consciousness and nature.
The wisdom, experience, and knowledge gathered by our ancestors, the masters, and the great thinkers, has left us with the wise and knowledge-based scriptures. Real Universal literature from those who walked before us. This is the bases of our heritage. How we see the world, and what we believe is true. From religious beliefs to social and tribal conduct, we walk in the footsteps of those who learned and wondered.
The Essenes did not have the technology that we have today, and most likely not the disconnection that we experience from the source. From wandering off our path, we are experiencing symptoms that our forefathers did not. Our path is different as we are very much numbed down by toxins and distractions, yet we can still find teaching in these old writings and understandings. They might even what we need to study more, to find our way back. If we can let go of dogmatic interpretations and controlled understandings, we might find some hidden gems that will open that floodgate to our inner freedom.
When the head is clear, and you are able to discern what you can use to grow and evolve, new knowledge is fun and easy. There is no need for skepticism or lie-hunting. You will know what is true and what is not, and everything else will have no interest. Pick your battles, and stay true to yourself first, always. It takes courage and fearlessness to steer through the jungle of life, and a sound focused the mind to step out of the game of manipulation of the masses. It takes an awakening and reconnection to who you really are, to set yourself free. Only you know what is true for you. Your inner wisdom, the same one our ancestors tapped into, will guide you and grow through you.
We are free to take whatever we want from anything that has been left for us. Even that which has seemingly been forced down our throat. Discernment is our own responsibility, and once we are no longer held captures by our false world-views we will know the real message in any text. Any old teaching has to be seen in the light of the time in which they were written. Words are also limiting and often insufficient, but truth never is.
This is why nature in itself is the greatest teacher.
It just is.
Connect to nature through how you eat, live and think.
Your vibration will raise, your mind will become clearer and your whole being will lose its obstructions and connect in a true way.
To all that is.
