I have used these oils for years. I have gone from loving them to absolutely adoring them! Not only do they smell like heaven, feel like heaven, but they absolutely have magical powers! How could they not, they are one of natures wonders and gifts to all of us.
Which oils do I use?
I need to hold myself back, from using them all, every day. I have found that using them intuitively has worked the best. That way, what I use will constantly change, although there are some oils that seem to stay with me. They are some of the fundamental ones, that is at the basis of any good healing regime. I say healing regime, but in truth, anyone will benefit from essential oils, no matter where you are at, and where you desire to go. Life happens to us, and these little tools are amazing to have at hand for your whole family. Safe, easy to use, and they smell like heaven.
I love all of my essential oils, and I am so eager for you to find out what they can do for you, that I made this little eBook for you to download FOR FREE.

I have a few that I simply cannot go without, they are some of my best friends. Let me introduce you to my top three of all times:
Frankincense essential oil: This is probably the most precious of the ancient oils. Frankincense is highly sought after by modern consumers for its many uses. It is the essential oil that has gotten the most attention form the medical world. It has great benefits —including relaxation, mood enhancement and immune support. It helps relieve chronic stress and anxiety, it will boost your immunity and reduce pain and inflammation.
Peppermint essential oil: Everybody knows this one. Popular in everything from toothpaste to chewing gum. The essential oil is used for its amazing aid in breathing, clearing the mind, and keeping alertness and calm. It is also widely used as a digestive aid, and can be used internally. It is also great as an anti-nausea aid. Peppermint essential oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body, which can relieve sore muscles when used topically. It also has antimicrobial properties so it can help freshen bad breath and soothe digestive issues.
Rosemary essential oil: This oil is considered sacred by ancient Greeks, Romans, Egyptians and Hebrews. The rosemary essential oil has been revered by healers for centuries for its soothing effect on muscle-aches and pains, and also for its digestive-balancing properties. This oil also supports the healing of neurological tissue and boosts nerve growth factor.
Picking only three was not an easy task, so let me tell you that Cedarwood, Chamomille, Wild orange and Lavender is right up there.
You will find out that there are so many ways that you can benefit from the essential oils. You can breathe them, eat them, and put them on your skin, which in term is all about eating them. I love using my diffuser in my home. Not only does it give my whole house this amazing smell, but it gives it a calm and a serenity I never felt before. I often get comments on how lovely everything smell. People even stop me on the street wanting to know what I am wearing, what it is that smells so amazing.
Back to my diffuser, as I often get the question about which one I personally use. I use a Lotus diffuser. It is simply amazing AND beautiful. You can get yours HERE!
The diffuser will let you breathe in the essences, carrying them to your cells, and nurturing every one of them. They also calm, relax, boost energy, help with bacteria, and lift the mood. You will find, it you try them, that there is an oil for literally everything!
Stress is one of the main causes of imbalances in our lives.
Not only does it hurt our adrenal glands, which in turn hurts our whole immune system and health, it also hurts our digestion. The two main areas for keeping a healthy body. Imagine that! So, when we say don’t worry, be happy, it has a very deep meaning. Health is all about being at piece, inner piece. So, chase the stress away, and calm the entire system.
Most of us has gone through stressful times, and when that happens, the oils can really help calm the mind and the body. Even when you are not particularly stressed, you might simply need to be more mindful and centered. Bring out your little helpers, and relax.
This blend can be a lifesaver for those in need for some calming and down time.
The stress-less soothing blend:
2 drops yang-ylang essential oil
2 drops bergamot essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops vetiver essential oil
When it comes to adding them to your skin, which is also what I do every day, the options are unlimited. Use only a few drops, read up on each oils properties, and use a carrier oil. I use the fractionated coconut oil. I love how light it is, and how quick it is absorbed by my skin. Coconut oil for the win!
Calming anxiety-free blend:
Mix with 15 drops of carrier oil if you prefer.
Rub this on your chest and neck.
2 drops cedarwood essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops patchouli essential oil
2 drops chamomile essential oil
You can even add the oils to your drinks:
Juices: You can add a drop of lemon, lime, grapefruit or cilantro to your green juice. All the citruses are great to use in a juice.
Smoothies: You might add some peppermint, lemon, lime, basil, wild orange or cilantro to your favorite smoothie.
Infused waters: When you infuse water, you add slices of fruits or vegetables to the water, that will give the water some added benefit. The oils are a great addition. Together with some slices of cucumber, a few drops of lemon is great. Apple slices or cucumber and a drop of lime is a good choice also. Add a drop of cinnamon with apple slices, or a drop of peppermint with fresh berries.
Have fun with them, and don’t be afraid to experiment. Use them with respect, and use them together with humbleness for what nature gave for the oils to reach you and your family.
Be sure to use only 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils and follow all label warnings and instructions. Essential oils should not be used in the eyes, inside the ear canal, or in open wounds. If redness or irritation occurs when using essential oils topically, simply apply any vegetable oil such as fractionated coconut oil or olive oil to the affected area. Consult your physician before using essential oils if you are pregnant or under a doctor’s care.
