MENOPAUSE? NO THANKS! How to say good bye to all your symptoms!

Are you one of the amazing women out there, going through this midlife transition, believing it will hurt?

That leaving the fertility phase of being a child bearer and birther comes with suffering and the feeling of despair?

 

If you do, welcome to the club that includes most of us. The club that is constantly growing and the common beliefs are getting stronger and stronger.

Why?

Because we are getting sicker.

Because all we need to do is look around. We see the symptoms, heck we FEEL the symptoms. And when we feel symptoms, what are we trained to do?

Seek relief. And how? Through a pill.

“There is something wrong with me, someone fix it, please. NOW!

Or in this case: There is something wrong with creation, the body is created to suffer for years when a woman reaches that age.

Guess what:

FALSE!

 

This is what we are told, primarily:

The symptoms that women experience are primarily related to a lowered production of the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone. Symptoms vary widely because of the many effects that these hormones have on the female body.

 

Estrogen regulates the menstrual cycle and affects the following parts of the body:

  • reproductive system
  • urinary tract
  • heart
  • blood vessels
  • bones
  • breasts
  • skin
  • hair
  • mucous membranes
  • pelvic muscles
  • brain

 

Now that the body is no longer in balance, meaning producing the hormones we need to stay happy and balanced, we, the amazing women at our most creative and powerful part of our lives, is mostly fucked.

We need help.

Nature turned it`s back on us.

Really?

It sure seems like it, when you are facing the pre-menopause, menopause and post-menopause phases. All, filled with these “normal” yet debilitating symptoms.

 

These are the symptoms we are facing:
  • Insomnia, or troubles sleeping
  • Vaginal dryness and pain with intercourse
  • Mood swings and depression
  • Frequent urination or urinary incontinence
  • Decreased libido
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vaginal atrophy
  • Skin hair and other tissue change
  • Fatigue
  • Dizziness
  • Bloating
  • Joint pain
  • Weight gain

 

I could go on, but let`s leave it at this “short” list.

Still, some women go through menopause without any complications or unpleasant symptoms, while others find menopausal symptoms debilitating, beginning even during perimenopause and lasting for years.

 

The story is this:

Most women feel this transition, and seek relief.

Most women believe they need to take hormones. Natural or not, they believe they need to ADD something to this beautiful creation.

That we are broken in some way.

Or that we are smarter than nature.

More intelligent. That we know how to fix it`s imbalance.

Well, guess what you powerful perfectly created women:

False!

 

What we see as menopause symptoms are the body showing us how toxic we are. How full of stagnant lymph we are. How our whole system of glands and organs are failing to do what they were designed to do, and that is to smoothly transform and adopt.

It is designed to change fluently and effortlessly into a new phase.

I have learned that as we transition into what we call perimenopause and menopause, our ovaries make fewer sex hormones. It is all about the hormones. Most of the production is from the adrenal glands. In fact, in menopause, 50% of the estrogen and progesterone are produced by the adrenals. We need less when the reproductive cycle ends, but we still produce the hormones. the body is still producing exactly what it needs WHEN it is HEALTHY.

Taking any form of hormone replacement will further the body`s debilitation to adapt and regulate. Once we give the body anything it is supposed to produce itself, it goes on hold. Very clever it lays back, thinking; “ok, I am done, no need for me to keep running the show.” She knows better.

 

NOW I am getting to the point:

When the body is functioning as it should.

When all organs, systems, and glands are happy and smiling, there will be NO SYMPTOMS of menopause. NONE!

True story.

This is what I see:

We are so clogged up, with our glands impaired and beaten down, they are not able to get on board with the changes at hand. I am all about keeping it simple, knowing that nature is perfect. I have lived this. From being bedridden to thriving, and from seeing clients turn their whole life and health around. There is no complicated understanding of hormones, nutrients, organs and processes that is going to take us to health.

The solution is simple:

Detoxify, regenerate and vitalize. Clean up your whole inner terrain, and live through this amazing part of your life like the queen of the tribe that you are.

Take a good look at the list above. The symptoms. They are all symptoms of a toxic body. They are all symptoms of weakened glands. That is it.

The womanhood, the feminine, it your grandest asset, and it is not supposed to weigh you down, or make you feel sick.

You are NOT sick, and you do NOT have to feel like crap.

What you need is to get healthy.

 

My experience:

I went through menopause, and am still in my transition period, with no symptoms at all. None. In fact – I never felt better than I do now, my whole life!

Being healthy, and feeling great is natural, at any stage of our lives.

 

Young, old, older, it does not matter. Feeling like crap is not a part of nature.

We ourselves made that happen, through our toxic lifestyles and our false beliefs.

 

We are done!

Woman, step up and take charge. Step into your power and your glory. YOU are the one in charge of your health and your symptoms. YOU are powerful beyond belief!
